1. Purpose
These Terms define the conditions of use of the ForgeSport app at forgesport.fr. Using the service means accepting these terms.
2. Access to the service
Sign-up is free. Some features require a paid subscription (Pro). ForgeSport reserves the right to suspend an account in case of abusive or fraudulent use.
3. User account
Every user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials. Any use of the service from your account is deemed to be by you. In case of compromise, contact us immediately.
4. Use of the AI assistant
The AI assistant included in the Pro plan is a training assistance tool. Its responses are for information only. For any pain, injury or medical symptom, consult a qualified healthcare professional. ForgeSport cannot be held liable for decisions taken based on the AI assistant's recommendations.
5. Personal data
Data collected (email, training data, declared health info) is used to personalize the service. See our Privacy policy for details.
6. Intellectual property
ForgeSport programs, algorithms, interfaces and content are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or distribution without authorization is forbidden.
7. Changes
ForgeSport may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email in case of substantial change.
