Sales terms

1. Purpose
These Sales Terms govern the sale of ForgeSport subscription services. Any purchase implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Plans and pricing
ForgeSport offers the following plans:
- · Free: free forever, no lock-in.
- · Pro: €6.90/mo or €59/year (i.e. €4.92/mo).
- · Launch Lifetime: €89 one-time (reference price €129), lifetime access to Pro. Limited to the first 100 sales.
Prices are in EUR including tax. ForgeSport reserves the right to change its prices with 30-day notice, without impact on prior purchases.
3. Payment
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. ForgeSport doesn't store any card data. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported.
4. Withdrawal and refund
Under EU law, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. After that, ForgeSport offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on request at contact@forgesport.fr.
5. Cancellation
The subscription can be cancelled at any time from your account. Access stays active until the end of the paid period. No pro-rated refund except under the 14-day guarantee.
6. Liability
ForgeSport is a training assistance tool. It doesn't replace medical advice. In case of pain or injury, consult a healthcare professional. ForgeSport cannot be held liable for injuries occurring while using the service.
